Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Poppy Seed Bars

3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
1 cup All-Bran Bran Buds
1/4 cup light soymilk
2 egg whites
1 cup nonfat yogurt, lemon
2 tablespoons applesauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon rind

Recipe Directions for Lemon Poppy Seed Bars

  1. Mix all dry ingredients except cereal.

  2. Mix all wet ingredients and cereal and let sit until cereal is soft.

  3. Mix all until incorporated.

  4. Pour in an 8x8x2 or similar sized glass, greased pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
