Quick flavourful tofu. I use Braggs Liquid Aminos instead of soy sauce but either works

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Tofu

750 g tofu
3 tbsp lemon pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Lemon Pepper Tofu

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.

  2. Mix soy sauce, olive oil and garlic on a large plate.

  3. Slice tofu into eight slices widthwise. Using a fork poke holes in both sides of each slice.

  4. Dredge each slice in the garlic mix.

  5. Evenly distribute lemon pepper between each slice and rub in vigorously and thoroughly.

  6. Lay on a baking paper lined tray and bake for twenty minutes - flip and bake for another ten.

  7. Enjoy hot or cold in salads!
