Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Shrimp Penne Stir-fry

8 oz shrimp
10 oz penne pasta
1/4 c white wine
1 T butter
2 T olive oil
1 tsp garlic minced
1 cup diced bell pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 T lemon pepper seasoning
2 T lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Lemon Pepper Shrimp Penne Stir-fry

  1. Cook pasta according to directions, drain and set aside.

  2. Add butter and Oil to hot wok and heat until butter is melted.

  3. Add garlic, peppers, mushrooms and wine. Cook on medium high until peppers are beginning to soften.

  4. Add shrimp, lemon pepper (to taste) and cook until shrimp is cooked through.

  5. Add pasta and lemon juice. Toss until pasta is warmed through.

  6. Serve. (sprinkle with parmesan if desired)
