Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Shrimp Pasta

24 oz medium shrimp
5 large carrots
1 large yellow onion
3 tbs minced garlic
4 tbs extra virgin olive oil
4 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs dried parsley
1 tbs lemon pepper
16 oz whole wheat pasta

Recipe Directions for Lemon Pepper Shrimp Pasta

  1. Slice carrots & onions thin and sautee in olive oil with garlic.

  2. Add shrimp and cook until opaque.

  3. Add seasonings and lemon juice to taste.

  4. Cook pasta according to directions.

  5. Serve shrimp and veggie mixture over pasta.
