Recipe Ingredients for Lemon-Pepper Pasta with Spinach and Peas

8 oz. Pasta, Papparadelle Lemon-Pepper
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cup Fresh Spinach
3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
3 tbsp Sundried tomatoes
3 tbsp Olives, finely chopped (black greek or Italian are best (or olive tapenade)
3 cup Fresh Spinach
2 tbsp pecorino cheese, freshly grated

Recipe Directions for Lemon-Pepper Pasta with Spinach and Peas

  1. Cook pasta according to directions. While that is happening,

  2. in large skillet, saute garlic in olive oil. Add Sundried tomatoes, olive tapanade, frozen peas. When cooked, and pasta is cooked and ready, first add spinach. Immedately add pasta so spinach does not overcook. Toss with salt, pepper, lemon zest, and add freshly grated cheese.
