Lemon pepper chicken and vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Chicken and Vegetables

1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 tsp Lemon
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red

Recipe Directions for Lemon Pepper Chicken and Vegetables

  1. Stirfry chicken with lemon pepper in oil.

  2. Remove from pan.

  3. Stirfry onion and pepper strips. Add more lemon pepper, if needed.

  4. Add chicken back in cook for about 1 minute.
