Recipe Ingredients for Lemon pepper chicken

5 filet Perfect Portions
2.25 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
177 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
435 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
100 grams Mushrooms
340 grams Broccoli, Flower Clusters
5 tbsp Lemon Pepper

Recipe Directions for Lemon pepper chicken

  1. Marinate chicken for 2 hours with 5 tbsp. Lawry's Lemon Pepper marinade.

  2. Spray pan with Olive oil flavor Pam. brown 1 min on each side over med high heat. Add sliced squash, peppers, tomatoes, muchrooms, broccoli. Stir veggies in the liquid in the pan. Add 1 extra tbsp marinade. Cover and simmer on med heat 10 min.
