Lemon Pepper Chicken with a side dish of brussel sprouts with bacon

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Chicken and Brussel Sprouts

8 leg, bone removed Chicken, Leg
2 cup Brussels Sprouts
4 slice Organic Turkey Bacon
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Lemon Pepper Chicken and Brussel Sprouts

In a pan sautee chicken legs skin down and turn after brown on one side. Cook for 5 minutes on the stove at medium heat and then move to oven at 375 for 20 minutes. In a separate pan, slice the turkey bacon into small pieces and cook through. Clean the brussell sprouts and cut in half. Add brussell sprouts and olive oil to pan to coat and cook until brussell sprouts are roasted through.
