Lemon Pepper Chicken with brown rice and steamed broccoli

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Chicken with Broccoli

4 oz chicken breast
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup brown rice
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1 cup steamed broccoli

Recipe Directions for Lemon Pepper Chicken with Broccoli

  1. pre heat oven 350

  2. season chicken with lemon juice, pepper and thyme

  3. heat oil in pan

  4. add chicken,sear both sides

  5. put pan in oven

  6. cook for 20 minutes

  7. toast brown rice in sauce pain

  8. add water

  9. cover for 25 minutes

  10. when rice is done add fresh thyme

  11. steam broccoli
