Lemon Pepper chicken Breast with Brown Rice and Steamed Broccoli

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast

6 oz. Chicken Breast
1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup brown rice
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp fresh thyme
3 oz. broccoli, steamed

Recipe Directions for Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. season chicken breast with salt, pepper, thyme

  3. heat oil in pan

  4. add chicken breast, sear each side

  5. put pan in oven, cook until chicken is 165 degrees

  6. toast rice in saucepan

  7. add stick

  8. cover, put in oven for 25 min

  9. when rice is cooked, season with salt, pepper, fresh thyme

  10. bring large pot of water to boil

  11. add broccoli and blanch
