Pesto sauce great for chicken or fish after grilling, baking or roasting

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Parsley Pesto

3/4 cup Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Walnuts (lightly toasted)
2 cups parsley
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Lemon Parsley Pesto

Put 1 clove garlic in food processor and process until finely chopped. Add remaing ingredients (minus lemon juice)and process until smooth. Pour into bowl and add lemon juice. Spoon over fish, chicken or veggies after cooked, and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
