Delicious lemon and Parmesan shrimp.

Recipe Ingredients for lemon and Parmesan shrimp.

1/2 lb raw medium shrimp, washed and remove shells washed and shells removed
1 tbsp olive oil, unsalted
1 tbsp garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp grated parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for lemon and Parmesan shrimp.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. 2 Mix together the butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a casserole dish. Bake until the butter has melted.

  3. 3 Set the shrimp in the dish. Bake, covered, for about 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
