Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Parmesan Asparagus

1 lb asparagus (about 1 bunch)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Lemon Parmesan Asparagus

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Spread asparagus on a baking sheet.

  2. Drizzle olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper over asparagus stalks.

  3. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until tender.

  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
