1 lb. skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Lemon Parm Chicken

  1. cut chicken breast into small pieces

  2. mix flour, parmesan cheese, dry mustard, salt and pepper in a dish

  3. add chicken pieces and coat with flour mixture

  4. warm olive oil in large skillet

  5. cook chicken pieces about ten minutes or until done, turning to brown

  6. serve and sprinkle with lemon juice
