Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Paprika Chicken with Potatoes

5 piece Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
24 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 large Onions
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 fruit without seeds Lemons

Recipe Directions for Lemon Paprika Chicken with Potatoes

Cut chicken into 1" pieces, peel potatoes and cut into 1/2" pieces, seed and cut bell pepper into 1/2" pieces, peel and cut onion into 8 wedges and put all into a large bowl. Drizzel olive oil and toss. Mix salt, pepper and paprika together and sprinkle over all and toss again. Pre-heat oven to 450. Spray a 9 X 13 baking pan with cooking spray and pour chicken and veggies into the pan. Slice lemon into 8 wedges and sqeeze lemon juice over all and scatter the wedges on top. Bake for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring at 20 minutes.
