0.5 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
4 tbsp Better Than Sour Cream
3 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tsp Poppy Seed
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 large Egg, Whole
3 tsp Baking Powder
