Recipe Ingredients for Lemon linguine with smoked salmon

1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon zest, grated
1/4 tsp pepper, ground
12 ounce linguine, whole wheat
3/4 cup frozen peas
6 oz smoked salmon, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Recipe Directions for Lemon linguine with smoked salmon

  1. In large bowl, whisk together lemon juice, oil, lemon zest and pepper.

  2. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook linguine for 5 minutes. Add peas and continu to cook for another 3 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Drain and add to bowl with lemon mixture. Add salmon, green onions and parsley; toss to combine.
