Lemony hummus with a kick of fresh parsley.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Hummus

15 oz. can chickpeas
1 clove garlic
1 T. fat free plain yogurt
1/2 T. sesame oil
1 T. chopped parsley
1 T. lemon juice
1/8 t. lemon zest
1/4 t. salt
2 T. olive oil

Recipe Directions for Lemon Hummus

Blend all but olive oil in a food processor. Stream in the olive oil to make it smooth. May take less than 2T.
