Recipe Ingredients for Lemon & Herb Grilled Chicken

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove,minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Recipe Directions for Lemon & Herb Grilled Chicken

  1. Using a meat mallet, pound chicken breast to an even -inch thickness between 2 pieces of wax paper .

  2. Mix all ingredients except chicken together in a zip-lock bag. Add chicken breast and massage marinade into meat.

  3. Seal the bag and place in the refrigerator Let it marinate for 4 to 12 hours

  4. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side
