Recipe Ingredients for Lemon-herb baked salmon

0.67 pound Salmon, Alaska/King
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

Recipe Directions for Lemon-herb baked salmon

  1. Mix together garlic powder, herbs, and lemon juice; let sit until mixture thickens--1-2 minutes--and stir again.

  2. While herb mixture is thickening, put aluminum foil on on a cookie sheet.

  3. Rinse fish, put it on cookie sheet, and cover top with herb mixture.

  4. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 15 minutes or until fish is done (center of fish will be opaque and flaky).
