A hot lemon and ginger beverage, sweetened with honey. Very good for coughs and colds.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon & Ginger tea

1 tsp Ginger Root
3 tbs lemon, juice
1 cup water
1 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Lemon & Ginger tea

  1. Shred ginger and put in teapot

  2. Add to it the rest of the ingredients and allow to steep for at least 5mins.

  3. Then pour into a teacup and enjoy.
