Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Ginger Chicken with Green Beans

2 unit+yield+from+1+lb+ready-to-cook+chicken chicken breasts
14 oz g) green beans
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp Ginger Root
2 cloves garlic
1 Lemon (47 g) Juice (lemon+yields)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp corn starch

Recipe Directions for Lemon Ginger Chicken with Green Beans

  1. Debone and chop 1 chicken breast into 1 inch cubes, set aside

  2. Mince garlic and ginger, put aside

  3. Heat skillet to med-high and add sesame oil

  4. add chicken, garlic and ginger and stir-fry for about 5 minutes till chicken is cooked.

  5. Add lemon juice, soy and brown sugar and stir till like a thin gravy.

  6. Thicken sauce with a little corn starch or flour.

  7. when sauce has thicken add green beans and allow to simmer for a few minutes.

  8. Serve immediately,

  9. Top with Sriracha hot chili sauce as a condiment for extra punch.

  10. Serve with Rice
