Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Garlic Tilapia

1 lb tilapia fillets
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic
1 tsp dried parsley
1 Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Lemon Garlic Tilapia

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. rinse tilapia fillets under cold water and pres dry with paper towel

  3. spray baking sheet with non-stick spray and arrange fillets on sheet.

  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice

  5. sprinkle with butter

  6. sprinkle garlic, parsley and salt and pepper.

  7. Bake for 15-30 minutes. Check after 10. Fish should be white and flake easily with a fork
