Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta

1/8 box Angel Hair Dry
3 oz Large Shrimp, raw
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
5 oz Baby Spinach
4 Teaspoon Juice
1 oz Wine
4 fl. oz Snow's All Natural Clam Juice
1 tbsp Butter
2 clove Garlic
10 10 sprigs Parsley
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta

cook pasta according to directions. saute garlic in oil on med till fragrant. add wine and turn heat up to high or med-high. cook until almost gone. add clam juice, juice of one lemon and zest of one lemon, simmer 10 minutes. add cleaned shrimp and cook till almost done. add spinach, scallions, parsley, and drained pasta. turn off fire and combine. top with grated romano if desired.
