Lemon Garlic Salmon is great for guests. Quick and easy to prepare. Service with red potato and vegetable, makes a nice low calorie and healthy meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Garlic Salmon

4 oz salmon
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Lemon Garlic Salmon

  1. Melt butter (or margarine) in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and saute for 1 minute. Place salmon filets in skillet and sprinkle with lemon juice onb both sides. Cook approximately 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with fork.

  2. Makes 4 servings
