Recipe Ingredients for Lemon-garlic grilled chicken

1.26 pound chicken breast boneless, skinless
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
3 sprays cooking spray

Recipe Directions for Lemon-garlic grilled chicken

  1. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic powder in a glass dish. Add chicken, turn to coat with marinade. Cover dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.

  2. Cook marinated chikcen on grill until done. Reserve marinade and brush throughout to keep moist. Throw away any left over marinade.
