This recipe is quick, easy and can be used on chicken legs, thighs, breast, with or without skin.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Garlic Chicken

4 oz(112 g) Fresh Chicken Thighs
1 medium raw Lemon
1 tsp Bouillon
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Lemon Garlic Chicken

In a deep frying pan, sautee chopped, fresh garlic in olive oil. Cut a lemon in half, and rub each piece of chicken with the fruit until coated in lemon juice. Once the garlic is browned, carefully add a cup of bouillon to the pan and reduce heat. Drop the chicken into the pan, along with the lemon pieces. Sprinkle the chicken with lemon-pepper to taste. Cover with a lid, and cook, turning the chicken every 8 minutes until done. Discard the lemon and serve the chicken
