Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Garlic Chicken

4 tsp minced garlic
8 tsp butter
16 oz diced chicken
2 cups edamame
8 tsp lemon juice
8 tbsp white wine
8 tbsp minced parsley
6 cups cooked brown rice

Recipe Directions for Lemon Garlic Chicken

Melt butter in a large skillet, add garlic and saute until golden. Add chicken, lemon juice and white wine. Cook over medium high heat until chicken is cooked through. Add edamame and parsley, cook down liquid. Serve over rice.
