Recipe Ingredients for Lemon fish

6 oz catfish
3 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup parsley
3 tbs sesame seeds
3 tbs lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Lemon fish

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet

  2. Season fish to taste on both sides, then fry fish thoroughly on both sides.

  3. Take the fish out and set them on a plate in your oven, set on low to keep warm.

  4. Add slivered almonds and sesame seeds to the now fishy butter. Saute. When they're nice and roasty, add some of the parsley leaves (just the leaves, the stalks get stuck between your teeth) and stir them around.

  5. Splash some lemon juice on, and it makes this great herbal lemony sauce for your fish! The sauce also refrigerates well, and fish is very good for you. Catfish is very low in mercury as well. Buy Texan. It tastes better.
