Yeah, sounds nasty, but I've been told it tastes good and works(10 lbs a week for some, but I guess it varies from person to person). Cayenne is a metabolism boost, and Lemon is a natural Diuretic. Plenty of water, too! The thing is...it's a fast. This is all you can have for the day. It makes a whole jug...may need to readjust the maple syrup and lemon juice to taste, but it's best to leave the cayenne alone or even add more for the metabolism boost.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Enzyme Fast Recipe

1 cp lemon juice
1 1/2 cups maple syrup
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
10 cups water

  1. Add all ingredients in a pitcher

  2. Put in fridge to cool for whatever time desired

  3. Drink up!
