Low fat lemon drizzle muffins using sweetener

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Drizzle Muffins

50 g Sweetener
1 fruit+2-1/8"+dia lemon
2 egg whites
8 1/2 g Sweetener
240 ml milk
300 g plain flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 banana
42 g Total 0% Yoghurt

Recipe Directions for Lemon Drizzle Muffins

  1. Mix the egg, sugar, milk and oil in a large bowl.

  2. Sift in flour, baking powder, salt and then add lemon zest. roughly mix.

  3. Spoon into muffin cases and bake Oven temp 200c/400f/gas mark 6 for 30-35 mins until well risen and golden. cool on a wire rack.

  4. Mix together icing sugar and lemon and spoon over cooled muffins.

  5. Sit back and enjoy the praise
