Recipe Ingredients for Lemon And Dill Soup With Tomatoes

20 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 large Egg, Yolk
8 grams Potato Starch
5 cup (8 fl oz) Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon, Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Peel
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tbsp Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured
88 grams Light Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Lemon And Dill Soup With Tomatoes

Dice tomatoes, chop the dill finely. In a bowl, mix egg yolk, yogurt and sour cream with starch using a whisk. Bring the soup to boil, then take the pan off the heat, and stir in thoroughly the egg mix. Boil together for a minute, then turn off heat and add dill, tomatoes, lemon peel and juice. Add salt and pepper if needed.
