I make this yummy sauce to pour over top of tilapia and rice

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Dill Sauce

0.5 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 clove Garlic
2 tsp Dill Weed, Dried
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Lemon Dill Sauce

  1. Mince garlic

  2. Put garlic in a bowl with the olive oil and microwave for about 30 seconds or heat on low on the stove for a couple minutes, until the garlic flavor infuses the olive oil.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and heat in microwave on low until butter is melted and everything is hot (about 45 seconds) or on the stove for another 5 minutes or so.

  4. I then pour over tilapia I have beked in the oven (400 for 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness) and rice and serve with broccoli.
