Recipe Ingredients for Lemon & Dill Salmon

1 tsp olive oil
6 oz Salmon fillet
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp dill weed
1/8 cup white wine

Recipe Directions for Lemon & Dill Salmon

  1. Heat oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Season salmon fillet on both sides with salt and freshly ground pepper. Place in skillet and sear until the side of the fish shows it is cooked about 2/3 of the way up; about 3 - 4 minutes.

  3. Carefully turn salmon over. Squeeze about 1 tsp. of lemon juice onto salmon & sprinkle with dill weed.

  4. Pour wine into pan and cover, cooking for about another 2 minutes, or until salmon is cooked to desired doneness.

  5. Serve with whatever liquid is still in the pan, poured over the top.
