Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Dill Cod

1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced
8 oz Cod (2 - 4oz fillets) [i109219]
1 tbsp dill weed
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup light mayonnaise [i94725]
2 tbsp lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)

Recipe Directions for Lemon Dill Cod

Pan spray a 9x13 baking dish, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place onion in bottom of pan. Arrange fish over onion; sprinkle with dill, garlic, and pepper. Combine the parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; spread over fish. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 16-18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
