Recipe Ingredients for Lemon-Dill Chicken

2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup dry white wine (or chicken broth)
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1/2 tsp dried)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp (2 medium) green onions, sliced

Recipe Directions for Lemon-Dill Chicken

  1. In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook chicken in oil about 6 minutes, turning once, until light brown

  2. Mix wine (or broth), dill week, lemon juice and salt; pour over chicken. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, till chicken is no longer pink in center. Remove chicken from skillet; keep warm.

  3. Boil wine mixture about 3 minutes till reduced by half; pour over chicken and sprinkle with onions.
