Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Dill Chicken Breasts

1/2 cup fat free sour cream
2 tbsp skim milk
2 tsp Dill
450 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Lemon Dill Chicken Breasts

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F (230 C).

  2. Whisk first 3 ingredients. Spread half on bottom of an oven-proof

  3. casserole dish.

  4. Place chicken in a single layer on top. Season with Salt and Pepper and top with remaining sauce.

  5. Bake 30?40 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.
