12 oz Tilapia, raw
1 tbsp brummel & brown spread
6 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread
2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
16 grams Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Lemon-Dijon Fish

  1. Place fish in slow-cooker

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over fish.

  3. Cover and cook on high 1 hour and then 30 minutes on low or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
