Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Dijon Chicken

16 oz chicken breast
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c dijon mustard
1 tsp creole seasoning
1 dash ground black pepper
4 oz Organic Greek Plain Lowfat Yogurt
8 oz Angel Hair

Recipe Directions for Lemon Dijon Chicken

  1. Cut chicken into 2 inch pieces and place in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in citrus juice and stir in dijon, pepper and creole seasoning.

  2. Cook about 15 minutes, turning chicken occasionally.

  3. Stir in greek yogurt and serve over cooked pasta.
