A great light, normally summery, dessert. Lemon always goes over really well but I have thought about using other flavors of pudding. Let me know if you do!

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Dessert

7 oz Puddings, Lemon, Dry Mix, Instant
8 oz Cream Cheese
12 oz Whipped Topping
0.67 cup Powdered Sugar
1 cup All Purpose Flour
8 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium and Vitamins Soft
3 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Lemon Dessert

  1. Combine margarine and flour into a crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Set aside to cool.

  2. Combine 1 cup whipped topping, powdered sugar, and softened cream cheese. Whip until smooth and spread over cooled crust.

  3. Combine lemon pudding and milk and pour over cream cheese mixture. Cool in fridge for 1 hour.

  4. Top with remaining whipped topping and serve!
