Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Curd

4 tbsp Willow Run Soybean Margarine
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Lemon Curd

Over low heat, melt butter in sauce pan. Add juice from 1 1/2 lemons and sugar. When dissolved, slowly stir in the eggs. Stir constantly until thickened. Pour into pint jar and store in refrigerator.
