Recipe Ingredients for lemon cup cakes

1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup sugar
3/5 butter stick
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
50 g cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for lemon cup cakes

  1. mix cream cheese and 2 tbsp of sugar together. Add to the mix 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

  2. Mix butter with sugar, add the eggs one by one, add the rest of the lemon juice to the mix.

  3. Mix flour with baking powder and slat. Gradually add the flour mix to the batter then bake for 20 min.
