Ice cream with no added sugar. (Contains raw egg.)

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon and Coconut icecream

200 grams Coconut Milk
10 grams Yoghurt
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Lemon Peel
1 wedge yields Lemon Juice
50 grams Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened

Recipe Directions for Lemon and Coconut icecream

Whisk all ingredients but desiccated coconut together. Mixture will develop bubbles and stiffen sightly. Add coconut. Freeze. Remove from freezer every hour or so and whisk or stir.
