Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Chicken and Rice

2 cups rice
2 cups chicken broth
2 lbs chicken
2 cups frozen vegetable

Recipe Directions for Lemon Chicken and Rice

cook rice with chicken broth instead of water. when done add frozen vegetables. put in 13x9 baking dish. preheat oven to 350. place chicken breast on top of rice mixture and cover with foil. bake for 1 hour or untill chicken is done.
