Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Chicken

4 fillet Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets
2 fruit (2-1/8" dia) Lemons
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain

Recipe Directions for Lemon Chicken

  1. Place chicken, breast side down, in 8 x 8-inch dish. Squeeze juice from lemons; pour over top. Place in refrigerator and marinate 1 hour or longer, if desired, basting occasionally with the juice.

  2. Place on baking sheet sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Drizzle margarine over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until cooked through and chicken starts to brown. If chicken isn't browning, baste with some of the drippings in pan. Makes 4 servings.
