Nice and light chicken dish. I prefer to serve w/ rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Chicken w/ Prosciutto

4 chicken breast
2 oz prosciutto
1/3 cup white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Lemon Chicken w/ Prosciutto

Dredge chicken breasts in flour. Spray pan with butter cooking spray. When ready add proscuitto and cook until crispy; remove from pan. Add chicken breasts to pan and cook on each side until brown. Return prosciutto to pan and add wine, parsley, and cayenne. Cook about 4 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
