Quick & easy crockpot meal (4 servings)

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Chicken Crockpot

2 unit+yield+from+1+lb+ready-to-cook+chicken chicken breasts
1 teaspoon Oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup dry wine, sherry, broth or water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup brown rice
2 cup frozen vegetables
1 Salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Lemon Chicken Crockpot

  1. Wash chicken; pat dry.

  2. Transfer chicken to crockpot. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic.

  3. Add wine or sherry to frying pan

  4. Cover, cook on LOW (200) for 7 to 8 hours.

  5. Add uncooked rice and vegies after about 5-6 hours.

  6. Add lemon juice last hour.

  7. Serves 4
