4 oz chicken breast
1 small egg
20 g cornflour
1 red pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 oz rice

Recipe Directions for Lemon chicken and boiled rice

  1. Coat chicken with beaten egg

  2. dust with cornflour

  3. fry in oil for 4 mins

  4. gently fry pepper, add chicken pieces and lemon sauce
