Sauted Lemon Caper Tilapia fillets. Serve with spinach and brown rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Caper Tilapia

12 oz. Tilapia
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
3 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp capers

Recipe Directions for Lemon Caper Tilapia

Mix flour salt and pepper. Dredge tilapia to lightly four. Heat olive oil in large skillet to medium-high. Brown fillets on one side for 4 minutes. Turn and top with wine, lemon juice and capers. Cook additional 3-4 minutes until done.
