Asian inspired lemon cabbage soup with beef base.

Recipe Ingredients for Lemon Cabbage Soup

0.5 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage
8.3 oz raw Beef Oxtails
0.75 cup Lemon Grass (Citronella)
1.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
128 oz Water
1 tbsp Sauce
0.5 cup slices (1" dia) Ginger Root
3 cloves Garlic
8 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 tsp Lemon Peel
4 tbsp Orange Peel
6 serving Better than Bouillion - Beef

Recipe Directions for Lemon Cabbage Soup

  1. put water in pot

  2. add oxtails

  3. add ginger and lemon grass

  4. bring to boil

  5. lower temp to medium and cook for 1 hour

  6. add rest of ingredients and cook for another hour at simmer
